Hilton East Brunswick

We had a wonderful time this past weekend. I was very pleased with the staff and what the hotel offered guests. If we do the Color Run again next year in New Jersey, I'm sure that I will be making my reservations at the Hilton East Brunswick.

Liked: The building was nice but deceitful. It said refrigerator included but both rooms that I booked had none. When I asked the manager at the front desk, I was told all rooms with refrigerator has been booked. My food I had on me for my family got spoiled and wasted. In addition, one wash clothe in the rooms were not enough for a two-bed room.
Disliked: Shower room, 1 wash cloth and no refrigerator in the rooms

Disliked: I booked one king size bed. They gave me two double beds. After they change it, I couldn’t get in my room. The kid didn’t work. They gave me another room. I couldn’t get into the room. The kid didn’t work again. They changed the keys the key didn’t work again. It took about an hour to get into the room. I booked the room for $150 a night after all those troubles they said they made a mistake and they charged me over $200 for a room. I was very unhappy with the service. Plus paying $220 per room on the top of it I have to still pay for parking. This is ridiculous.
