Clean rooms; beautiful decor. Polite.and courteous staff. Our stay was delightful.

It was OK but room was not worth what I paid - have stayed in much much nicer rooms for a quarter of the price I paid.

Liked: People that work there were very nice; good location; easy to walk to many places.
Disliked: Room was not what I thought I was paying for - very small for what I paid. Probably wouldn't have paid that much had I known what I was getting.

I took my husband to the hotel and Orchids for dinner. Everything about the hotel and dinner rated a 5.. only drawback was no cable connection for computers in the rooms... we have an IPad so we had to go to the lobby for connection... but everyone and everything else was very, very nice. Above and beyond!

Liked: They didn't offer me a breakfast.
Disliked: Hot water took 20 minutes to reach the 24th floor. Rooms were small and the queen beds weren't queen they were the smaller full size. Everything around the hotel closes at 5pm ish on a Saturday so not much to walk around and shop. Not worth the price we paid.

Wrong room and no hot...

Disliked: What appeared to be a smooth check in was not. My payment was taken for the king bed with whirlpool tub and given my room key. I got all the way to the 8th floor to find I was given a double bed room very small. I went back down to h to r attendant and was told that the room booked through a 3rd party is not guaranteed and so they had to move me as they were out of the room I booked. I questioned the price being different and was offered a $50 discount or all my money back if I didn?t want to stay. Attempted to shower around 11pm and the water did not get hot at all. Hotel staff seemed very unconcerned about my concerns. I asked them why would they not notify their customers of their booking was being changed and they shrugged their shoulders.

Disliked: could hear through the walls of the room very easily, even just normal conversation. have to pay for parking on top of $220 for a single night in a room w a single queen bed so not good value
