It was OK but room was not worth what I paid - have stayed in much much nicer rooms for a quarter of the price I paid.
Liked: People that work there were very nice; good location; easy to walk to many places.
Disliked: Room was not what I thought I was paying for - very small for what I paid. Probably wouldn't have paid that much had I known what I was getting.

I took my husband to the hotel and Orchids for dinner. Everything about the hotel and dinner rated a 5.. only drawback was no cable connection for computers in the rooms... we have an IPad so we had to go to the lobby for connection... but everyone and everything else was very, very nice. Above and beyond!
Liked: Staff and accommodation outstanding
Disliked: Didn't have WIFI in room, only lobby.

Liked: It?s an historical building full of stories, without traffic in less then 15min to airport and it?s an 10min walk to the river.
Disliked: Make sure not to get one of the extreme tiny rooms! Second night I asked for a bigger one and I got it without discussion.In general the rooms are very old, smell musty and are not the price worth.

Enjoyed the hotel and surroundings.
Liked: Beautiful hotel and the location was great for touring Cincinnati. Very close to the Connector to go up to OTR and easy to walk or take the Connector to the ballpark, river.
Disliked: The king rooms were smaller than I imagined. Breakfast is expensive but their are lots of breakfast places nearby.

Disappointed this place is old...
Liked: Location and the two bathrooms.
Disliked: The floors are dirty, the lamps in the room were all different kinds , the sofa is worn out, there were no robes in the room, and I had to call housekeeping to clean my room.I am a honors member the staff did not give any information on what that entailed. The quality of the room did not match the cost.

Awful. Literally my bathroom at...
Liked: The location was nice but there?s several other hotel options with that location.
Disliked: Where do I start? The room was excessively expensive but with the pictures online we thought we were getting a nice experience. We started with a very rude front desk staff who never smiled and acted like we were bothering her by being there. Then the room was smaller than our bathroom at home- and I wish I was exaggerating but I?m not. . I travel quite a bit for work and I get a much more quality stay at a Holiday Inn....friendly staff, spacious rooms, larger bathrooms and a nice selection of amenities for over half the price we paid last night. Overall, this experience was not one we?ll ever repeat nor will we recommend this to anyone staying in Cincinnati in the future.

Unsatisfying and overrated
Disliked: The front desk, valet, and bellhops where unaccommodating and unfriendly. When we needed a different room they let us know that we needed to go back to the third party that we booked it through, booking.com and wouldn't help us.

Liked: We loved the location, the 1930?s style Art Deco. We also loved the diner Hathaway?s on the street level arcade. The room was very nice, the lay out was good. The many amenities the hotel had were wonderful.
Disliked: They don?t tell you either on here or at the actual hotel about this but upon checking in they tack on an extra 50 dollars right away in case you decide to charge anything to the room. They also automatically like the next morning after checking in charge an extra 28 dollars for parking for each day you stay that includes the day you check in and the day you check out. So for my husband and I our room that we thought we were getting a good deal on became almost 200 dollars more by the morning after check in. Which is not a big deal when you know before hand. So if you like myself budget everything to the last penny be prepared for these extras. The last time we stayed there ( 2 years ago) they did not do these things so I was not prepared. They also need to inspect the furnishings in the room themselves. The desk chair in the room had a rather large tear in the leather. The bathtub was noted to have several strands of long brown hair, however when notified they did re-clean the bathroom.
