It was OK but room was not worth what I paid - have stayed in much much nicer rooms for a quarter of the price I paid.

Liked: People that work there were very nice; good location; easy to walk to many places.
Disliked: Room was not what I thought I was paying for - very small for what I paid. Probably wouldn't have paid that much had I known what I was getting.

I took my husband to the hotel and Orchids for dinner. Everything about the hotel and dinner rated a 5.. only drawback was no cable connection for computers in the rooms... we have an IPad so we had to go to the lobby for connection... but everyone and everything else was very, very nice. Above and beyond!

Liked: Staff and accommodation outstanding
Disliked: Didn't have WIFI in room, only lobby.

The French Deco Art and...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great! We were within walking distance of everything and anything else we wanted to do was less than a 15 min drive from the hotel as well! I loved the ambiance and the French Art Deco! I will definitely be back on my next visit to Cincy!!!
Disliked: I didn?t like having to pay every time we left out of the parking garage. It was only an issue when we wanted to do something that was outside of walking distance from the hotel, but it was still an extra cost we weren?t expecting.

Terrible

Liked: Location
Disliked: The dining was expensive and they didn't even make my burger correctly. The front desk couldn't find my reservation. I had to wait for them to find it, even though I had the confirmation number. I had to pay for parking in the hotel's garage. Going on the elevator, I wasn't told I had to flash my key card on the big button then push my floor number to get to floor 12, so we had to go back downstairs to ask how to get to our room. At 11:45 pm, I had to call the front desk because of the very loud people in the hall and the room next door. I was told there were two weddings and a convention in the hotel. Like that is an excuse for keeping people awake on the twelfth floor. Like my little room didn't matter compared to their big business. I let them know I didn't care, and got a snarky remark about sending hotel security up. Over all, terrible experience and will never stay at a Hilton again. This isn't my first bad experience with one. Just my last one.

Liked: For the price I paid it was excellent! The public areas are very beautiful! The staff was very friendly. Loved my room, a corner unit on 21.
Disliked: Horrible waits for the elevators during peak times. I over heard someone say it took them 20 minutes to get down to the lobby.

Overall I am satisfied with...

Liked: I liked the room, and how nice and accommodating all the staff members were. I think the room I got was nice, and it had all that I needed. It had a beautiful view and was located in the center of the city.
Disliked: I think my room was little pre-dated. It seemed like it has been a while since it was upgraded. I booked the room because I was taking a two day online exam, but there was more noise coming from the hallway than I expected. Nothing too disturbing. The heat and AC did not work at first, and I was not able to turn up the heat, but the maintenance personal was very fast and fixed the issue in no time. One thing I would suggest is, to maybe let all the employees know not to knock for housekeeping if there is a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. I was about to start my Exam when one of the employees knocked and asked if I needed housekeeping. Thankfully I was not logged in so I was able to respond but if it had happened while I was in the middle of my monitored/recorded exam, it could have caused me some issues, since examiners have very strict rules this year with online exams.

Liked: Never got what I ask for no towels in room fridge didn't work
Disliked: I'm in a wheelchair my room was not roomy. Ask for double room.never got one.
