Terrible experience
Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The staff were super unhelpful, mad and angry , the bathroom in the room smells horrible plus we woke up on a big spider on the wall .

Disliked: The lake in front is very badly managed, all full of trash and stinks like sewer. Terrible smell on the property

Liked: Staff was friendly Great location
Disliked: Pillows weren’t very comfortable, vague details regarding parking cost and food options in the hotel. Wasn’t happy that I couldn’t use points since I had to book through a 3rd party because Hilton site was down.Staff stated there’s nothing they could do.
