Absolutely disappointing not worth what we paid for

Liked: The only few things that were good about it, was the fact that we were not too far from Universal Studios, the 101 was relatively close, and there were a few places to eat at a walking distance which was good given the fact there was such limited space to park at the hotel.
Disliked: Our room was not ready, carpet had stains everywhere, sheets were dirty, the staff was not helpful, parking was horrible, hall ways smelled of pee, we were told we could not get any towels after a certain time of the day.

Charged twice!

Liked: Nothing really, maybe location
Disliked: The room smelled heavily of smoke. I was not in a hurry to get under the covers. I saw a roach in the kichenette.when I checked in the security guard also doubled as a front desk clerk told me that they only accept cash and pointed me to the ATM in the lobby.he didn't know how to do another transaction type then he called for help and another person rang me in. a week later they also charged me by credit card overdrawn in my account and charging me twice I guess they forgot I had been charged at check in and paid cash.

They love scamming

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The things they say in your face and will do the complete opposite when youre gone. And on top of that my first room that I booked which was a lot more expensive was COMPLETELY TRASHED as I first walk in.
