Fun trip with great views

Liked: The view and location of this resort are everything. The bed is super comfortable, and the patio was perfect
Disliked: Noise from the elevator and what seemed like a garage opening

Very good

Liked: Despite 4:00 check in, they accommodated as with early check in!
Disliked: no breakfast and poor shape of parking lot

Liked: Close to London Bridge and near walking path and restaurants!
Disliked: Loved everything

Best place to stay.

Liked: Absolutely loved the hotel!!!! The room wow!! I didn’t want to leave. Everything about it was great!

Overall we really enjoyed being...

Liked: I loved location and view. Music outside was loud as were boats but we knew that and the heavy glass doors blocked out almost all sound!
Disliked: Things were a bit dated. My husband cut his toe on a piece of bed broken and sticking out. Water dripped in shower all night and could not be stopped.

Lovely stay ~ Great view...

Liked: The view from our balcony was spectacular - directly looked out on London Bridge. Balcony was spacious and included a bistro table and 2 chairs. The pictures on the website made the room look very modern and minimalistic. The room was quite comfortable and again spacious. We had an ADA accessible room - very nice low entry shower.There was a table / desk (no drawers) and a chair (not very comfortable). Small kitchen area with Keurig and K-cups and liquid Coffeemate creamer ( which I really appreciated) and a small sink and microwave. We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't a big deal, but there was very little space to unpack and put away clothing - no drawers, but some built in cubbies. Was surprised to only find 2 hangers in the closet! Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a full bar in the lobby (and an outdoor one during peak season) and reasonably priced cocktails and beer for happy hour. Several nice restaurants close by - definitely recommend and would stay there again!
Disliked: Hangers in the closet (more than 2) and some area where you could unpack and put away your clothes. Also - no vanity space in the bathroom. Just had a pedestal sink (but it was an ADA room).

Excellent location

Liked: They don’t serve food.
Disliked: No restaurant or even a small market inside the hotel. No food options at all.
