Laughably Inconsiderate

Liked: Looked pretty good on the outside until I noticed someone had ran into the entrance of the building.
Disliked: Had to ask for bedding. The pool was green and molded. They had placed a ton of moth balls around the property to mask the scent of standing water and rotting wood on the stairs and balcony ( green stagnant swimming pool I'm certain would've smelled also). Had 2 remotes for 3 televisions, not a big deal considering none had a signal. Asked for the signal to be repaired, and someone BANGED repeatedly on the door sometime after 10 pm. We were all in bed and usually didn't sleep with the TV on, so we declined. The place was a disaster. Black mold in the corners of the bathroom. Tiles are missing on the bathroom floor. Towels are incredibly stained and worn out. The steps for the upstairs bedroom were falling apart. Vent falling out of the wall. The upstairs TV wasn't big enough to cover the whole it was placed over. The closet was missing a door. Shades were missing from lamps. Around $300 a night should have bought better accommodations. It's definitely the last time I'll be paying for Hawthorne by WYNDHAM. PS. The free breakfast was pretty good!

Liked: The outside of the hotel was clean but not the inside
Disliked: That place needs to be remodeled asap. Trash was under the mattress. The fridge was beat up the wash rags smelled

Liked: I love the staff!
Disliked: The constant smell of pot smoke, it honestly makes me sick

Disliked: Rooms are very out dated

Disliked: Very limited parking and there were several broke down and beat up cars in the parking lot as well as shipping containers were tsking up spaces. Also just has a very sketchy atmosphere. Did not feel safe staying there. Only stayed that night and checked out the next morning

A total scam

Liked: Nothing. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
Disliked: Upon arrival, I was told they rented my room to someone else. I had my entire family with me. Had booked the two room suite. Was told to call booking.com to cancel. Booked an Airbnb and headed out to it. Called to cancel and booking.com was very polite. The guy at the hotel flipped his story and said he now has a room for me. Would not cancel my trip. Then BILLED me for my entire stay!
