Liked: The room wasnt bad but the outsides terrible...parking lots very broke up and dirty
Disliked: The lot hasnt been swept in years...stuccos breaking off

Liked: The staff is so friendly and helpful. Very good value, not fancy but clean and comfortable. The Hat Motel is in a convenient location for “out of towners” like myself.
Disliked: I was in a smoking room without an ashtray There was no tissues in the room perhaps some could sold at office Wifi password

Liked: The room was simple, which was exactly what I needed but also provided a refrigerator, a stove/oven, kitchen counter, microwave, dining table, and TV. Everything you need.
Disliked: The carpet felt grungy and was stained in places and not cleaned under the bed.
