Liked: Not much but the staff were helpful.
Disliked: Small attic bedroom, too cluttered with items and the 49 steps to climb every time you went out. No parking.

Exceptional

Right in the historic city...

Liked: Everything is within walking distance - Jane Austen Centre, Circus, Royal Crescend, Roman Baths, Abbey, Pulteney Bridge,...Small, cozy hotel. The room was very quirky and lovingly furnished. It was only accessible via a spiral staircase which might be a problem for some. Comfortable, good-sized room and very helpful staff.
Disliked: The room was facing a small street with a pub so it was a bit noisy at night and in the morning with deliveries

Liked: It's the most brilliant location and opposite a very cool pub which is convenient! Shops are literally round the corner too.
Disliked: The shower flooded the bathroom and the coffee machine didn't work.

Met all my expectations!

Liked: Excellent location. Right in the heart of the city.Great choices for breakfast.
