Lovely hotel. Would definitely return

Liked: Quirky room, well decorated and clean , dog beds / bowls good touch, great location
Disliked: Stairs to room not ideal with 2 dogs however liked the quirkiness of themBed very low down and mattress too soft for our liking

It was fine the staff...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The duvet were terrible just clumps everywhere we did ask for it to be changed but we were told they couldn’t promise anything and it didn’t get changed, also you would be having a lie in as there were only blinds which let all the light in the room definitely needs curtains

Personal and friendly stay, beautiful...

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and it was great value for money! The staff were amazing, I think it was Niamh who checked us in and she made it so personal and even showed us to our room! The room was gorgeous with plenty of space, had everything we needed and more than we were expecting.
Disliked: The lady on checkout wasn't the friendliest. We said we had an amazing stay but the shower needed a non slip mat because it was very dangerous. We were fine but anyone older than us would struggle and she just said yeah we have mats. But the mat wasn't in our room so it was a strange response.
