Great location & nice spa...

Liked: Great location right next to Richmond park. Spa was a definite bonus. Room was cosy and bed was very comfy. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant when we arrived on Friday night and food was very nice.
Disliked: Difficult to control the temperature of the room as it was controlled by an air conditioning unit which kept turning itself off (got a bit warm at night). No view from window.

Liked: Good parking. Welcome drink. Nicely decorated. Accommodating staff. They organised some v nice flowers for me. Spa is great. Good cocktail in the bar when we got back from dinner
Disliked: Slight issue with the drainage in room but got moved straight away.

Liked: Beautiful location. Was lovely to just go for a walk around the town. The hotel itself had lots of outdoor space which was lovely in the sunshine. The spa facilities were nice to use, although a little overcrowded, we didn’t get to use the hot tubs as they were quite full but given that u have access to to the spa till 9pm on each day of your stay, sure you can find time where it’s less crowded.
