Lovely couple of nights

Liked: Position and friendly staff
Disliked: Spa area dark and uninviting

Could have been perfect.

Liked: Pretty much everything, but read on below please.
Disliked: The room was disappointing with no aircon, fiddly light switches and fairly small size given the cost.

Gorgeous location, great reception service,...

Liked: I loved the location and the facilities to enjoy the view they where amazing. My problem was the service for drinks and food it was really poor, When we arrived on the Balcony I had to wait 20 minutes to be served (and I asked for service 3 times). There was no offer of a drink on the front, you basically had to run around after them. Breakfast was marginally better as you had management there.
Disliked: Ther service for food and drink was really slow, this hotel was not service orientated.

Liked: Staff were very attentive and booking in was easy.Parking was a problem but staff parked our car.Room was wonderful and everything was very clean
