A great Experience

Liked: A gorgeous hotel. Fresh and cleanThe Spa is nice too
Disliked: It's not cheap. But you get what you pay for!!!

Liked: The hotel rooms were extremely clean, excellent. Friendly staff , wonderful location.
Disliked: The room was described as side sea view , but it was quite a stretch to actually see the sea from the room , the view mostly faced on to scaffolding across the road. More information became available that it could be quite a noisy location once we had booked. The was secondary glazing and ear plugs provided which helped.

Disliked: Shower too small

Was an okay stay but...

Liked: - Location- Bed was comfy- comp gin was a nice touch
Disliked: - Majority of staff seemed rude- had a mini fridge that didn’t work - towels were replaced, not bath mat - key kept breaking with no apology from reception - shower was so small had to shower with the door open

Nice hotel

Liked: I had never stayed at this hotel before so didn’t know what to expect, location was great and the bed was wonderful, a nice touch with the complimentary Gin in the room and a lovely breakfast.
Disliked: The room was a little small there needs to be an electrical socket on the wall so you can do your hair in front of the mirror, the outside of the Hotel is a bit tired

Exceptional

It was okay, food overpriced...

Liked: Close proximity to work venue and the sea
Disliked: Despite being seafront all of the windows indoor above the ground floor in the corridors were shut, blocking the view. Felt a bit more like a hostel than a hotel for that reason. I also forgot an item there and I emailed and called the venue and they never got back to me about my forgotten item.

Good

Liked: Nice spa facilities - great view overlooking the sea - good breakfast - room was large and clean, bed was comfortable. Overall an enjoyable stay.
Disliked: Spa and late check out not included when using Booking (though they very kindly offered it complementary to us but good to know that it comes at extra if not booking on their website. The towels and robes felt quite dated and old. Not for light sleepers as it was very noisy from nightclubs around until late in the night.
