Great place to stay if...

worst front desk service ever!!!!!!!

Disliked: I made a coutesy call to your property because we were not able to stay the night. I spoke with a hotel front desk staff that informed me i would have to call Booking.com for a refund. I told her that the booking was non refundable but we were just alerting them so that they could fill the room. She charged us for the room. So we were charged twice for the same room. Monday, April 1st, i called the hotel back to tell them the mistake on their part. I got a hotel front desk staff named Marco. He would not let me talk, he treated me like i was stupid and wouldn't allow me to speak. Then, when i insisted he let me talk, he hung up on me. I called back 3 TIMES, he kept hanging up on me, When i asked him is last name he wouldn't give it to me.

Disliked: I wish it would stay the same price so I could stay there always.

Liked: Clean, well run, positive energy, nice staff, especially the lady running the breakfast - she's a rockstar servicing so many people with a smile. Housekeeping was very nice also! Love having the coffee bar available in the lobby 24/7
Disliked: Had to wait to check in. Told my room was not ready but watched multiple other people arrive after me and check in to their room. I waited for over an hour and it still wasn't ready at 3pm check in time. Nice lobby area to wait in though.
