Liked: Rooms were exactly as pictured on Booking.com website. Hotel in general was modern and clean and the rooms themselves were spacious, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating with my requests (close/connecting rooms and extra blankets). Good breakfast which was included with stay. Was not located on the main strip but easy to get to and was quiet/calm. Staff was also very helpful and attentive to our needs. We have a disabled family member and all handicap parking spots were taken (at night), with one car not having any handicap placard or license plate. We told security and he told lobby staff and both were helpful in getting us a spot close to hotel doors (they gave us a Diamond member spot for the night even though we were not).
Disliked: Only one elevator that we saw, which would lead to a slight back-up of guests, but it wasn't often. Parking is not free, but manageable. Hotel room rates were very expensive for this particular weekend, which we did not know there was a major concert happening (and the hotel is close to the new arena)- but that is to be expected in circumstances like this. Overall, this hotel was great... not much to not like.
