Disliked: The room was way too hot and smelled like dog and Fabreeze trying to cover it up. The bathrooms need fans. It was very loud all night-hard to sleep. We could hear everyone. The ac didn’t work

Liked: Everyone was very friendly and the place was immaculate. It was easy to find and very comfortable.
Disliked: I would have loved some healthier alternatives in the little snack store, such as dark chocolate, protein bars, baked chips, lean cuisines...

Liked: The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us a room after Booking.com, who took our payment for the room back on Jan 20, refused to send Hampton Inn the necessary transaction to pay for the booking prior to out arrival.
Disliked: Booking.com's call centre staff acted with horrible incompetence. How is it possible that their call centre staff, who are supposed to act as the client's travel agency, do not understand, or want to understand, the necessary transaction to pay for a room??The transaction has to come through Hilton's booking system - and there should have been a Hampton Inn confirmation number on Booking.com's files. The fix should have been simple: instead we had to endure 2 hours on the phone with the call centre in Singapore, while they denied failure on their part. And tried to send an email to patch it up.

Disliked: Hours after booking we received a message informing us that we were "required to wear face coverings at the facility". As we felt this was a ridiculous policy to force guests to comply with, we immediately canceled but the facility will not confirm our refund. They are also not responding to repeated attempts from Booking.com to communicate and resolve this issue.
