Liked: The size of the room and the comfort.
Disliked: I booked through booking.com and was paid prior to our stay. The hotel gave our suite to someone else, and we were downgraded. They stated they can not reimburse due to using booking.com. So we paid double the price and got standard accommodations.

Liked: I was very impressed with the hotel and cleanliness. The room size was wonderful for our needs.

Nice hotel, but unhelpful staff...

Liked: Location was ideal my room was quiet and bed was comfortable. There was a hair in the bed sheets but otherwise clean! Breakfast was adequate I liked the mini waffles and fresh fruit. Coffee was good.
Disliked: The night staff. When I went to ask for a room the night clerk (Sarah) said none available, they were sold out. I went to my car & got on booking dot com. There were several rooms available. I booked the room for $196. I went back in and the night clerk then apologized and said the manager had told her they were booked. Never offered any compensation but apologized again said the Mngr had said no rooms, then after processing my payment she said that actually she had over heard her manager telling someone else they were full! Next morning I heard the morning desk clerk say the room I stayed in was $146. So I’m unhappy I had to pay $50 extra, due to night clerk not being informed or taking time to actually check.

Disliked: No microwave and the light switch wouldn’t allow you to leave a bedside light on without the hall light bring on too

Enjoyed the stay. Although outside...

Liked: Everything…clean, soft beds, pleasant staff and extra large suites. (being attached to a Casino, Restaurant and Event Center was a surprising plus)
