Nice room with great air conditioning. Comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Close to COTA.

Liked: Shuttle driver went above and beyond when I had a problem with my rental car alarm.
Disliked: Room guide said pay-per-view available, but had to go elsewhere to watch PPV boxing match on HBO.

An excellent stop off point for Austin and Austin Airport.

Liked: The breakfast was good and well presented. The shuttle bus to and from the airport worked well for us. The receptionist was very helpful and had us checked in swiftly after a very long flight.

Liked: The location of the hotel solved many logistical problems when we took advantage of the free shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was good without being particularly impressive.
Disliked: It was an odd thing but when we went to watch the television it would rotate only partially in the direction of either the couch or the bed. I ended up moving an ottoman in front of the TV and watching without a seat back.

Liked: We requested a room on the upper floor and had a good view of the planes taking off and landing at Austin Airport. The king room had a good amount of space to put your stuff. The front lobby had lots of space for breakfast. We appreciated the airport shuttle late at night, although we did have to wait awhile because there were a number of hotel guests being transported at the same time.
Disliked: Breakfast had the usual items. We wish they had more variety of food items especially when you stay for more than a couple of days. The rooms could be updated because because the furnishings were showing their age with wear and tear.
