This hotel and the staff...

Liked: The rooms themselves were very clean and well organized. Tim, the guy who worked the front desk, was super helpful and patient with our many requests. Even during the pandemic, there were still many amenities.
Disliked: I wish there was an address book for the TV, like one that lists the channels and what you have to pay for and what was included. Other than that everything was great.

Disliked: Hallways...no A/C! Breakfast was a cold box! 1 cup of coffee allowed!

Disappointing, so I would not...

Liked: Breakfast box not very appetizing.
Disliked: No one at front desk was local and they know absolutely nothing about the area - they were apologetic but questions like "Could you recommend a place to eat? things to see? Nicest area of town to see? they couldn't answer. The guy at he front desk asked another staff member who was walking by and he too said "I don't know, I'm not from around here" - we were on our own and sat in our car googling best places to eat, what to see... Never experienced this at a hotel before. Room was clean but barren - nothing on the walls, minimal furniture, only one folding luggage rack so we had to put one of our suitcases on the floor and keep bending over. Overall feel was a deserted, bare hotel lacking any feeling of warmth, and with minimal staff jobbed in from elsewhere. Bed way too soft - woke up with neck pain.

Liked: Very very comfortable beds and super clean
Disliked: The air conditioning was so crazy loud I had to turn it off to lSleep. Luckily it was cool enough that I could get a nice nights sleep.

Disliked: Despite my requests the room was not serviced three of the four days i was there. No breakfast was served. Guests were given a ?bag breakfast? if they requested it: bottle of water, piece of fruit, small cup of yogurt, and a very blah packaged bagel. We served inmates better.
