Room needs some love

Liked: Pool, breakfast, staff
Disliked: The hotel room was not as clean as my other stay at the Hamptons Inn in Lake Wales. The bathroom door and the tiles were kind of not as clean looking as my other stay.

Overall, the state was good....

Liked: Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Nice hotel.
Disliked: I don’t like that the property only has one designated spot for handicap people. With the size of that hotel there should be at least three parking spots for those that are handicap.

Wonderful! Great location.

Liked: Clean & beautiful! The pool was great! Free shuttle to the airport that runs 24/7. You can watch the planes take off too
Disliked: I wish there were umbrellas for the lounge chairs at the pool. The FL sun is HOT. Other than that, it was great!
