We didn't stay long but our room was so incredibly comfortable and the staff was very kind. We were fascinated with the cleanliness and fresh smell upon entering the buiding. Our room did have a weird smell at first but wasn't noticable after a few minutes. Overall it was a relaxing and well worth it stay.

Liked: We were on 3rd floor and so much noise was coming from above us, at first I thought it was construction. Never had a sound problem on previous visits.

Water system

Liked: I liked that location was perfect, had everything around walking or a couple of minutes drive, and thank you, Allie, for making the stay so welcoming.
Disliked: I didn't like the way the water smells or tasted but It wasn't just the hotel it was all of shreveport due to something that happened to the water system just wasn't prepared for it because we were there last year for daughters volleyball tournament and nothing was wrong with the water at that time even the restaurants we went to had the fountain drinks or the ice had that smell or taste to it but it was said it was safe to drink but was not use to it so we carried water bottles around all in all love the hampton inn and suites in millicent way in shreveport.
