Disliked: I did not get the room I booked. I booked 2 queen beds and got a single bed and staff told me no other rooms available and I know that was t true

Liked: I only liked the hot tub inside the suite and the design/floor plan of that room 219 the suite BUT...
Disliked: I need to speak to the higher up management I was treated like a criminal while the workers admitted to going through my belongings while I left the hotel for lunch and kicked me out and accused me of behavior and such that was never done! All prejudice behavior towards myself and husband while not one employee could state the same reason well excuse of what I was not allowed to rent for as I spent close to $1k last two times there!!need to complain and talk to upper management asap!!!!
