Liked: We love the balconies looking over downtown Roanoke and the staff at this hotel is impeccable.

I didn’t stay but 12...

Liked: The location was great and the night front desk gentleman was nice.
Disliked: The room was dirty….. more specific, there were brown stains on the walls I. The bathroom, and a dark liquid that was running down the baseboards behind the nightstand and hair in the bed.
