Couldn’t sleep at all
Liked: Nice breakfast and pool
Disliked: Kids were running on the hallway for 3 hours till midnight. Couldn’t sleep at all. Adults and were screaming and yelling. No security to ask them to quiet down after 9pm

The worst ever
Liked: Nothing!!
Disliked: The staff - night manager - we were in the room literally 10 mins when smoke alarm went off and manager came up. On way out the door said she smelled smoke and she was charging us $250 for smoking in the room!! She walked away and said it was too late - already charged!! If we wanted to smoke in the room we would not have done it under the smoke detector!! If we wanted to smoke in our room, we would have booked a smoking hotel!! Was this a setup?? My mom booked this room for us because we hadn’t had a night out in 6 months - 3 kids at home. This is how patrons are treated? My Uncle uses this chain all of the time - well he will find a new one!! We were so upset, we left! We didn’t want anymore fake charges on my mom’s card!!!

Great location and value!
Liked: Staff was SUPER friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect for a competition that we were attending. Room was clean and smelled nice. Bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: Our only complaint was that the room was really warm. Even with the system turned completely off, the room was running at 75 degrees. Ended up turning the AC on to cool it down (even with snow outside).
