Disliked: The person that Checked me in was not friendly & could not find our second room at first & seemed a bit agitated we me for showing him I did have a second room & a confirmation number [both rooms had been pre paid] it was late at night & I did not need the attitude, He finally found it & blamed Booking.com for the way it was put in.

Disliked: The Hampton Inn was under renovation. My wife and I were there a week and our room was on the floor that was being renovated. It seems to us that an extended stay guest should be place on a floor that is not under renovation.Room 219 was our room number.The bathroom vent filled with dust and dirt, carpet dirty, shower curtain rod rusty, gum on the carpet. My wifes vanity mirror broken or taken. We were told that a one night stay refund would be credited to our credit card 154.00 and thus far has not taken place. As it turns the credit was issued on the wrong credit card numbers. This place needs to get their stuff together.
