Liked: I liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was ok.
Disliked: I didn't like the so-called manager, Mr Alley, he was rude and unpleasant. Because of Mr Alley, i wouldn't stay at The Hampton again. I didn't like the fact that there's only two elevators and one of the elevators was out of service, and you had to wait literally 20mins each time you had to ride it. I felt discriminated against. I also, didn't like the fact that Mr Alley said that he will send someone to my room to collect my trash but he didn't send anyone, which means my room was full of trash my hold stay there. SMDH!!!

Enjoyed this hotel!

Liked: The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were great. We are a family of fine and hotel stays can be a little tight bc of that. We had more than enough room and my kids loved having the extra space to play.

Horrible experience there

Liked: I was very disappointed, my toilet did not flush and paid for parking and when i got ready to leave had to pay again. Had to get out go back end hotel but they could not help , but just refer me to the parking garage. But I paid the hotel. It was unacceptable to sleep in a room with not working toilets, but the would not refund me my money
