Liked: AC worked.
Disliked: My room was given to someone else #207, My father walked in on a stranger because of this. It's totally uncool. We eventually were given room #517. I had a toilet issue which required maintenance to come to the room. I was unable to checkout properly, and I may need to dispute a credit card charge. I was unable to receive a receipt and have no idea what I was billed. UNACCEPTABLE.

Liked: Description of Booking does not match the hotel room and the issue could not be solved by Hampton.Elevator in the hotel, the airco and room need some maintenance. Couches are dirtyBreakfast was good.

Sean gave superior customer service...

Liked: Prime location, close to restaurants and shopping. Room was nice, comfortable, clean and roomy. Lots of extra towels for use. The breakfast buffet was excellent with varied selections.
Disliked: No complaints at all.
