Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Little Rock/Downtown

Friendly staff; good breakfast; clean hotel.

The room was clean, plenty of towels, etc. The staff was friendly and fast checking us in. We did not encounter any problems at all. Location is great.

Liked: Staff was very efficient and helpful.

Pretty good but not great.

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff ok. I found the bathtub a bit treacherous for taking a shower - a bath at or friction strips would be helpful. I tend to consistently expect a little more from Hampton In and the Little Rock location was pretty average.

Weekend trip with my girls

Liked: Check in Was super easy. Employee was very nice and informative. She answered all our questions. Breakfast was very good as well. Would recommend if staying in Little Rock, AR

Liked: Front staff was not supportive-and , acting very mildly, i had booked the room by mistake for same day but next month, i was calling booking. Com and they tried their best to help me, but i didn’t get enough support from front desk, she was busy i understand but was not showing empathy , instead was looking frustrate and impatient. Room was smelly also.morning staff also wasn’t friendly.

Disliked: No amenities. Bar was closed the entire stay, room was not as neat nor clean as advertised, day staff was unpleasant for Sunday and they tax for parking.
