Liked: Breakfast was okay typical fare, very clean. Front desk staff (John Henry, exceptional).
Disliked: Always wish the prices could be better for: senior, veteran etc.

Okay for a one night...

Liked: Location to the hospital our sim had been admitted to. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included.
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable. Poor sound installation from rooms above and to the side. Dated. Sadly overpriced for what you got but booked very last minute.

Disliked: The false accusation of smoking inside was offensive to me as I don't smoke.

Disliked: Room on ground level and the room needed more lighting since window was completely covered with drapes and shade.

Liked: The breakfast was great
Disliked: The room on the top floor was just below your roof heating/air conditioning units which created lound vibration noises in our room and was difficult to get good sleep through the night. I should not have paid for the room under these conditions and request a full refund.My confirmed reservation was through Priceline with a promotional VIP Rate and Priceline and Hampton Inn did not honor my confirmed reservation price and I need a refund!
