Outstanding - found front desk staff very friendly and outgoing. Room very clean, comfortable - great beds!

This facility was well below what I have come to expect from previous stays at Hampton Inns. Unmotivated staff at the reception desk, used soap from the previous guest left in the shower and sub par air conditioner. It was not extremely hot (about 78 degrees) and my room AC had a hard time cooling the room below 76 degrees. I was also assigned a smoking suite and had to move to a standard non smoking room at my original rate.

Liked: The suite we ended up in was spacious, quiet, and clean. The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes, utensils, cleaning products ect. Loved the kitchen and the private bedroom. The hotel all around was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking was really tight! They charge for parking as well, $12 a night, which seems ridiculous since otherwise, there are 6 non-handicap spots outside the gated parking to park anyhow!! Seems like a crappy way to get more money from already paying guests. The first suite we were put in didn't have a working stove. It didn't even have a plug, just loose wires (not unsafe, just no plug end) We called and they sent a maintenance guy up and he said that room hasn't had a working stove for a long time. So, instead of just adding a plug and fixing it right then and there, they had us repack all our stuff and move rooms. No compensation was offered.

Liked: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was on and worked well.
Disliked: The parking was limited and I had to pay for parking and the gates appeared to not be working to limit access to property grounds.
