Liked: Super clean, well maintained, excellent service from all staff. Pool facilities stay open until midnight!!!!! ❤️ Great distance from Ball Arena and Elitches.
Disliked: Getting into the property and the amount of parking spots.

Comfortable, convenient and friendly

Liked: Spacious and comfortable room. Quiet- even though we were right next to the elevator. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent room lighting Better included breakfast than we've found elsewhere. Great, convenient location with free parking.
Disliked: Only very minor things. The climate control was difficult to adjust, but we were able to open a window so it wasn't a big deal. The shower curtain allows water through so the bathroom can get wet.
