Disliked: booking.com took about 2 hours to get my room booking to the hotel and then it wasnt sent to a file the front desk could easily check. She had to go through the manager to let me have a room key because my booking was in some obscure file or directory. We went to supper nearby to wait on the room. I think the fault was booking.com. The delay in getting our room made a bad experience

Liked: Fantastic breakfast! Nice facility! Great value! I also liked the extra sink in my room so we didn't always have to use the bathroom area sink for everything. The microwave and mini fridge was also located in a mini kitchen area which I thought was awesome!
Disliked: I got the King Bed and fold out-sofa. My only complaint is that the mattress on the fold out sofa was too thin and I felt the springs. That is my only complaint. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. Oh and maybe some blackout pull down curtains because the parking lot lights shown through at night. Not a complaint just a suggestion.

Liked: The staff accommodated my request for a late arrival at midnight. Breakfast was great and lobby dining area were well kept.
Disliked: Although bedding and bathroom were clean the carpet and especially the upholstered bench that sat at the end of the bed was dirty and very stained, so much I wore shoes to even go bathroom on the middle of the night. I didn't like not having a full complete window drape. The major part of window was covered by a somewhat sheer curtain with each side a thick curtain. I was on the 4th floor, but still would like a full window drape. I felt quite exposed.
