Exceptional

Liked: Clean, comfortable, near several restaurants, plenty of parking, friendly staff
Disliked: Trying to turn left onto the main road. Very dangerous. A traffic light should be installed. However, the lack of a traffic light is not the hotel's fault.

Would stay again :)

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly, breakfast staff was also friendly, clean and well maintained
Disliked: Bathroom floor was sticky and a used wash rag was still hanging on the shower curtain rod

Liked: The location is great. I would like to acknowledge Miss Williams from the breakfast buffet. You can tell from her actions that she truly loves her job and taking care of the hotel guests.
Disliked: My room was 518. There were popcorn seeds on the bathroom floor. The toilet did not work properly. The bed closest to the window had small crumb particles in the bed. I would have complained but we were so exhausted from driving all day that we slept in one bed. I also was surprised that I was charged for parking.

Passable

Disliked: The refrigerator in my room was not getting my food cold. I called to report it and was told that I could change rooms.

Nice stay and convenient location...

Liked: The room was very nice, bed very comfy, delicious hot breakfast, and nice guest laundry. Was close to Congaree National Park where we toured during our stay. Very nice stay.
Disliked: Couldn't connect to their wi-fi, kept asking us to join a membership or something to that affect.

Liked: The room was really nice and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great and when we were getting breakfast the staff was just standing in the doorway watching. It was uncomfortable like being watched. The hallways smelled like mildew and the elevator doors and walls were really dirty. The room was really expensive for a one night stay compared to other comparable hotels around. The pool wasn't great either.

Liked: Love the location and the hot is very clean and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. The GM, Kareem, genuinely cares about his guests and is very nice!
Disliked: Nothing
