Liked: Eggs were cold and rubbery. The room was marginally clean. Wood utensils tasted like wood. It appears overall to have gone downhill in three years. Not even a drinking glass in the room

Disliked: Odd access route. Noisy AC units (typical of many hotels).

Liked: Our room didn’t come with a microwave and we were upgraded to to one for the kids bottles , it was clean the breakfast was great
Disliked: We were told the pool was heated and it was freezing cold

Liked: The breakfast buffet was very tasty. The location was near stores and restaurants.
Disliked: I was looking forward to swimming after a very long drive to Thunder Bay from Sault Saint-Marie. The pool and the pool room were both freezing cold and were not enjoyable at all. How do you expect your guests to enjoy a non heated pool during the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons? Additionally, I would expect the hotel to offer slippers for a $240 per night rate.
