Disliked: We had to stand at the reception in the evening with 2 children without being able to check in due to an issue between booking and the hotel for the payment. Not understable how the customer should be held responsible for such sn issue and asked tonclarify it himdelf.

Staff are not friendly except the manager (Sylvia), poor communication and limited staff.

Disliked: My check in and check out is horrible, they never told us when we check in that we have a double booking from booking.com they told us when we are already checking out and charged my card twice. I need to cancel my next appointment to resolve the issue. And our TV is not working, we called to fix it but they said there is no technician that day. The key card will work sometimes to open the doors, sometimes it won't.
