Room was clean and comfortable. Staff including the valet parking agents were very nice. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect for us as we were looking for something not far from the Ottobar.

Clean hotel with great location to inner harbor; staff was kind and courteous. As an individual who works in the hotel industry I would recommend this establishment.

Liked: Customer service called for me and confirmed; the GM of the property also reached out and apologized for the confusion.
Disliked: Originally my reservation was not located.

My husband and l booked the room well in advance to our stay. We then prepaid, however we did not receive the room we reserved. We did receive a room which was priced the same, but...... On the positive, the breakfast was wonderful. Why anyone would stay anywhere that doesn't serve free breakfast I just don't get.

Liked: Free breakfast.
Disliked: Didn't receive the room that I booked.

I would definitely choose this Hampton Inn again.

Liked: Great location, great furnishings, over accommodating staff.
Disliked: I requested a non-smoking room but didn't get it. The smoke smell was ingrained in everything, including the pillows.
