Hotel is sparkling clean, modern and has friendly staff. Breakfast was not hot but eating area beautiful. Room was awesome, clean and accessible.

Disliked: $33.00 for parking was a surprise.

Our stay was wonderful, from the car in the garage to the taxi picking us up and breakfast the next morning. Will definitely stay again!

Hampton Court offer consistant good...

Liked: Well located, easy to access and plenty of seating
Disliked: As an international traveller I had some issues trying to get the shuttle from terminal 2 without data to phone the hotel. Fortunately the help desk inside the airport were willing to phone the hotel. I was not able to provide the hotel with flight details as i had arrived by metro from the city.
