Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites - Knoxville Papermill Drive Tn

Beautiful clean room, as was the entire hotel; extremely courteous staff and always eager to help with even the smallest of requests. Fantastic breakfast also I might add. All in all our stay was 5 stars all the way.

Liked: The room was very clean as was the entire facility. Staff was so courteous and always ready to help with even the smallest of requests.
Disliked: I didn't like that their wasn't maid service everyday but only upon request.

Liked: Breakfast was great and the staff kept is very clean. It was the best I've seen in a long time. We would stay at this location again.
Disliked: The Pool had no hot tub and we would have loved to have been able to soak.

Liked: The place, staff, amenities, and breakfast were very good.
Disliked: I had requested the Hamoton Inn closest to the URK campus, but I was situated some 10 miles west. Not knowing Knoxville made navigating the trip from campus to the Inn rather inconvenient.
