Staff were amazing and the...

Liked: Staff personally came out help find a parking space for our box truck. Then they came out again to help us locate our emergency brake. What great service and they were so nice. They made the end of a very long day so much better. Sorry I didn’t get their names. A woman and a man (day shift and night shift front desk) on May 2nd.
Disliked: No complaints.

A very unfortunately, beginning to...

Liked: Excellent location. Modern facility. Desk staff very nice.
Disliked: Much to our shock when we woke up in the morning, and I pulled the covers off there were pretzels between the top bedspread and the comforter -they weren't from us. I don't see how those sheets could've been changed between stays. Corporate Hilton was no use. The local manager said they would go through some processes and get back to us, but haven't heard anything back and honestly, I don't think they believed us.
