The room and the staff...

Liked: The hotel was perfect for our needs. Everything in our room was clean and worked well, with a nice bed and lots of warm water for a shower. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We had no complaints

Horrible customer service at this...

Liked: Convenience of location for my family
Disliked: I all of my years staying at Hilton location, I have never been charged extra money to check-in earlier than the 3:00pm regular check-in. They charged me $75 to check in at 12:30, but because I hadn’t slept in the past 24 hours I needed to pay so I can lay down for a little bit
