Disliked: Hotel is thrashed. Lots of wear around hotel and in room. Water was scalding hot in shower shower temp didn’t work. Shower and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Constant knocking on hotel door from staff asking when we were leaving this was BEFORE checkout time

Liked: The hotel staff was kind.
Disliked: The room heater didn't work properly and overheated while showing 70F, so I had to turn it off. It was also too noisy. The water in the toilet kept running. The furniture is very old and spoiled by previous usage. They should not charge so much for such services. Room number was 214.

Filthiest hotel stay ever.

Liked: Location and staff were nice
Disliked: It was the filthiest hotel any of us have ever stayed in . Multiple stains on the carpets in both rooms. What appeared to be blood stains on the drape in one room, bathroom floor filthy with tiles broken and missing against the wall in the other room. Common area chairs stained and filthy. The water leaking from the ceiling above the front desk prevented them from checking us out so we had to leave our hotel keys to get receipts emailed to me, I only got one receipt. Will not stay at a Hampton in again. Not the staffs fault the hotel is in such disrepair. They were doing the best they could with what they had. They were all very nice. My family didn’t even want to sleep in the beds they slept in their clothing on top of the covers.
