Liked: Convenient location next to the highway exit.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room was 1/10. Front desk staff didn't seem to care about fixing the issue. As a hotel guest, I was forced to make my own bed.

Liked: the breakfast was great! location was in a good location. friendly staff
Disliked: beds not very comfortable and pillows was flat like a piece of paper. smell in the rooms smelt like a wet dog

Dirty and disgusting!

Disliked: I have been using Hampton Inn for the past 20 years and they are normally clean. This Hampton Inn is very dirty and wore out. Stains on the carpet. Both hallways and room smelled of animal urine. This place was disgusting! In the future, I will not be staying at Hampton Inn. Lost a customer!
