Liked: Clean and good standard
Disliked: We booked the Hampton Inn following a stay there in Palm Springs area, in Palm Springs the rooms were much bigger and the breakfast had a wider choice (my daughter missed the whipped cream for her breakfast waffles) so we were slightly disappointed as we expected the same standard as in Palm Springs area - but nothing major to complain about

Very disappointed. For the price...

Liked: This facility was disappointing all the way around.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible, the room smelled of body odor, and the air conditioning unit emitted a high-pitched whine that mad it impossible to sleep while it was on.

Disliked: The staff was pretty rude at the front desk. A bunch of little kids running around trying to run the place. I booked my reservation online and they were not very helpful and accommodating to get me in a room quickly. Also, there was no bathroom I could use while I was waiting for my room
