Awesome weekend

Liked: It was a lovely hotel. Clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent will be coming again

Disliked: The toilet would not flush, I informed the staff and they provided me with a plunger. This did not fix the problem.

Never got a room and...

Liked: We didn't stay. Got there, stood over hour waiting for a room that was never ready. The reps.never acknowledged us, and when they did. It was very nonchalant and rude.
Disliked: Customer service and the tone of the Reps

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was had the best attitude. They was nice and friendly. The heated pool was nice.
Disliked: The hot tub was out and it didn't say so as I book. It to close to a club could sleep. I had to change room.
