Liked: The room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast choices were fine.

The room was clean, but...
Liked: Clean and convenient
Disliked: We reserved a king room with a sofa bed. After check-in and getting to our room, it was a double Queen room. When we returned to the desk to explain that we were given the wrong room, we were told the hotel had overbooked king rooms and ours got changed to a double Queen. We were NOT notified of this at check-in 5 minutes earlier by the same desk clerk. She was told there was nothing she could do about it, and it was a non-refundable room. The double Queen rooms are significantly smaller regarding floor space making it more difficult to move around in.
