I was disappointed with the quality of the room and knowledge of the staff. We specifically looked for a hotel that is part of the Hilton Chain and at least a 2.5 star rating do to the quality of previous stays. This did not match the quality and service we received. There was obvious water damage in the bathroom- the paint was chipping off and black mold was starting to grow on the ceiling. There was black dirt around the top of the toilet bowl. When requesting information about church services in the area at the desk a quick look was made for information but when a paper could not be found no further effort or suggestions were given. I was surprised and disappointed. This does not seem to be typical of Hilton based hotels judging from past experiences.
Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bathroom had water damage and mold on ceiling the toilet was not clean.

Liked: Breakfast! Most complimentary breakfast is poor quality but Mansfield/Ontario was excellent!
Disliked: We booked for the hot tub. It smelled awful and was looking a bit green. When we told the front desk their explanation was disgusting! It hadn't been treated for 6 days it should be done daily! Their neglect could have gotten someone very sick!

Liked: The bed was reasonably comfortable but too high and old
Disliked: The price did not match the quality. Cleanliness was 5/10, the curtain was off the track and no one bothered to fix it, the facilities dated
