My worst experience

Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: Many things- it was very noise.- I complained the front desk at 11 p m and 11.30 pm and I did not get any support or help from them . Ended up awake most of the time that night- room was not better than any decent big chain motels .- the on-site bar was closed on a Saturday evening - it is not value for moneyI can go on and on with my list on what I did not like.

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Brilliant location and for weary travellers easy to find.
Disliked: Nothing

What I was expecting, quite,...

Liked: Staff I amazing. Shout out to the night audit. She is amazing at what she does & it shows. A very clean & quit stay.
Disliked: The elevators could use an update.

Room was not as expected...

Liked: Very clean, thank you and kudos to the cleaning staff.Very pretty bed covers. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Hated the barn door style bathroom/closet door which gave no privacy. Hit my husband with the door as I came out of the bathroom and he was hanging something up.Beds were a bit hard and box springs crackled every time we turned over, as if wood was broken.No drawers for clothes, we had three pull out metal baskets for clothes.-*+-Bathroom only had pull out shelves for our stuff, my makeup would roll off, so I had to keep everything on the counter.Stayed at a Motel 6 once and it seems like Hampton Inn used same company to remodel.

No Sleep, No Shower, Not...

Liked: Just had coffee and a muffin
Disliked: Awakened up at 2 AM from a lady in the next room screaming off and on for 2 hours. We called the desk to complain. Then we smelled cigarette smoke coming in under the door. Then at 5 AM we just got up to shower and the shower head was broken. We called the desk again but it was too early for repair men to come up. We had family plans in town at 8 AM
