Comfortable lodging with easy access...

Liked: Convenient location to access the Cruise Port. We took an Uber to the Miami Cruise Port. Everything was great. Good hot breakfast. We have stayed there previously for other cruises.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was fine.

Perfect pre-cruise hotel with great...

Liked: Location, simple but comfortable furnishings, comfy bed, nice bathroom, clean. Fabulous staff. A money belt had fallen from backpack and was left on the floor. Housekeeping found, manager called us just as we were checking in for our cruise. The money belt along with contents (several hundred dollars) was sent on the next shuttle to the cruise port to save us returning to the hotel. That was brilliant.

Liked: I think the floors in the room could have used a vigorous cleaning. Since all carpets have been removed from the rooms I believe the floors are being neglected.
