Disliked: Hotel outdated, expensive for the outdates

Liked: The room was great it was comfortable.
Disliked: The whorlpool wasn't worth the money it didn't have pictures before checking in. I got but by a spider during my stay and am under treatment

Liked: I loved the fact that it was right off the interstate.
Disliked: The parking lot is very limited in space even for a regular size truck, it is a tight fit to park. The bed was very uncomfortable almost as if you were sleeping on the floor only elevated. We got an updated room with a Spa tub and the jets did not even work. The hotel hallways were extremely hot probably about 80 degrees or more. It was very uncomfortable to even sit to eat breakfast. The complimentary breakfast has lots of options but lacks quality.

Disliked: I still had to go to front desk to get keys even though I had chosen my room, checked in on line, and went straight to my room. the digital key wanted my card every time I attempted to use it. I would skip this step in the future.
