Liked: I like the staff that did everything they could to accommodate us, even though they were shot staffed. One young lady even offered to help us move to another room..
Disliked: I was very disappointed, because the first room the pipe was loose under the sink and water was running all over the bathroom floor. We had to move to another room, but we had to move from a room with two double beds to a room. With a king bed, but the young lady gave us a CoT for our son. That was all that was available if we wanted to stay on the first floor. But, in this room the heat never worked properly and the TV did not work. However, the young lady that was working the front desk came and changed the box to finally get the TV working.I booked two rooms and the first room he had problems with his TV. He always stays with Hamptom in when he go to El Dorado ARKANSAS. But, he commented that he was unhappy with his stay this time.I was very disappointed with all the problems we had this visit.

Disliked: The room didn't match the booking, was booked with fold out couch. Was told they didn't have rooms to match that booking. There was trash under the bed, open coke bottle and candy. There was hair located with the shower and walls

Front desk person was pleasant when I checked in but no one at front desk any other time.

Liked: The breakfast was nice. A very pleasant lady was there to help. She was very willing to help.
Disliked: The elevator, as well as the vending machine, were out. The elevator being out was a major issue for a senior citizen with knee & hip replacements.
