The worst attitude from

Liked: The facility was clean.
Disliked: The staff didn’t inform us at check in that the hotel was being renovated on the upper floor. We checked in at about 4:15am and asked for a later checkout so we could get extra sleep. The room they gave us was directly under the room they were using to load in the construction materials. The horrific noise started at shortly after 8am. When I complained to the desk they informed me that their policy would have been to charge us for our room even if they had told us they were renovating and using the room directly above us and we didn’t want to stay.

Nice room, clean and bed...

Liked: Only glitches were disappointed the hot tub had been filled in, and the bathroom sink plug did not stay up to allow for free flowing water to drain properly. It would drain if you physically held up the plug part. Front desk was notified of this issue.

Disliked: There was a really bad smell in hallway by elevator. The bed was like sleeping on concrete, work up so sore checked out early to find another hotel.

Liked: Location was the most important thing for my family and me. Also, they provided breakfast in the morning, something for the whole family to enjoy
