Excellent experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and eager to please and assist.

Liked: Room was perfect and front desk staff answered all questions concerning restaurants, Uber and local shopping.
Disliked: Limited parking but didn’t mind using valet parking.

Hotel was modern and very clean; staff was awesome and helpful; good location to red line train; also close to local restaurants and Insomnia Cookies - yum!

Liked: Rooms were very nice.
Disliked: Parking was non existent; paid $35 to valet car.

Great stay for a Loyola...

Liked: We chose this particular hotel due to proximity to Loyola (for a college tour) and it was a perfect location. Literally across the street. Nice area!The staff were very friendly and courteous. Being right in town, it was very quiet, and we did not hear much from our room. Bathroom was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was good, really nice variety of hot/cold items.We had a view of another rooftop but even it was pleasantly nice with some grassy areas and a pair of geese and two babies!We also really appreciated that check out was noon. Not many places allow that late of a check out but it allowed us to do our tour and get back to get our things before checking out.IF you are coming to visit Loyola, you will not be disappointed staying here!
Disliked: It's not terrible but I wasn't aware that valet parking was the only option for $46. It may have said that when I booked and I didn't notice but something to keep in mind when choosing. There is no other option for parking unless you are lucky enough to find something on the street. However, at least I had reassurance that my car was safe.

Lovely! Would definitely return

Liked: The location was wonderful. Great walkability to restaurants, beach and the metro train. The lobby was very welcoming and always had cold, fresh water available.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t the most comfy and the pillows were super flat.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was great and offered a small variety of hot food each day. The rooms were very clean when we arrived and the street wasn't very loud at night.
Disliked: I must have misread the amenities on booking.com because I thought there was separate parking separate from valet, but there wasn't. The valet service was also a little expensive, but I'm not sure what the typical Chicago rate is.

Served the purpose we needed...

Liked: Very inviting room. Downstairs sitting area provided space to socialize. Staff was exceptional, and valet a real asset.
Disliked: Perhaps out of necessity because of location, room was not really spacious. The TV remote was difficult to navigate for a person of my age. Although adequate, the number of channels was limited.

Liked: Very friendly staff; great room and amenities; great location. The only downside: breakfast was quite basic; not very healthy, nor sustainable.
